Who is responsible for your information
H1 Global LTD operates Delta Veritas Law and is responsible for your personal information. (Contact details to be added.)
What we collect
- Your answers to the guided questions, only if you ask for a document.
- Payment confirmation from Stripe. We never see your full card details.
- Your email address, only if you ask us to email your document, and only for that email.
We don’t need an account, and we don’t put your personal information in web addresses, analytics or logs.
How long we keep it
- Answers for a document you haven’t paid for: deleted after 24 hours.
- Answers and documents for paid orders: deleted 7 days after payment.
Who processes it for us
- Amazon Web Services — hosting and storage
- Stripe — payments
- Anthropic — prepares the draft of your document from your answers
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to access, correct and delete your information, and to object to how it is used. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). (Lawful basis, international transfers and request route to be added.)
