1. Choose your problem
Pick the problem closest to yours from the list. Each one shows the price of the document before you start, and what is free.
2. Answer a few questions
A short guided set of questions asks where you live and what happened. Easy questions come first. For anything personal, we explain why we ask. You can go back at any time without losing your answers.
3. Read your rights for free
You get a plain-English summary of the rules, deadlines and options that apply to you, with links to the official sources. You can add deadlines to your calendar.
4. Prepare your document (optional)
If you choose, you pay once for a personalised draft. Before you pay, you see a summary of your answers, the sections your document will contain, and a sample.
5. Review, edit and send it yourself
Your draft appears on screen. You can edit any part, download it as PDF or Word, print it or email it to yourself. We explain where to send it and what usually happens next.
What we don’t do
We don’t decide what you should do, we don’t contact anyone for you, and we don’t represent you. We do tell you when it is worth talking to a person, and where to find free or low-cost help.
